Premier Financial Services Group competing to be the leading global provider of financial solutions for demanding clients seeks an enthusiastic client focused Relationship Manager with a strong derivatives product knowledge.

A primary requirement for this key role is to negotiate ISDA documentation and Repo agreements therefore, prior experience is a must for you to be considered for this role. A background from Credit Risk management or, experience from a Hedge Fund middle office, coupled with the negotiation experience, will put you ahead of the competition.

As a Relationship manager you will become an integral part of the Relationship Management Team providing RM (internal business and external clients), strategic direction setting and management oversight of servicing capability.

Responsibilities Include:

*Work directly with Senior Sales and GM Relationship Managers to prioritise Client On-boarding Requests made to Credit/Legal Departments.
*Recommend key Credit/Legal terms for approval to gain optimal first draft to client.
*Oversee , Negotiate and Expedite the pipeline of ISDA agreements /Repo requests to ensure quick time to trade for clients.
*Drive/Facilitate Snr Sales/RM, Legal and Client discussions when needed to overcome critical negotiation obstacles.
*Diligently track negotiations/requests through use of tracking system.
*Produce reporting to update Sales Mgmt on On-boarding pipeline/progress.
*Ensure LRC resources are appropriately sized and productively focussed on ICG matters.

You will be a strong motivated professional with good derivatives product knowledge and familiarity with key negotiated terms in ISDAs and Repo agreements a must. Ideally you will also posses financial Credit Analysis experience relating to fund strategies.
