This renowned international financial services company are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join a large well established HR team. With a strong brand presence and having grown rapidly since its formation, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to add value and build a strong relationship with the business. This key role will see you taking responsibility for the delivery of effective HR advice covering employee relations issues, management of the recruitment activity, annual compensation and promotion review, HR policy and ad-hoc project work. You will ideally have experience of working within a challenging and forward thinking environment and be educated to degree or equivalent level.
