An investment writer is required for one of the largest institutional managers in the world. The firm provides investment management and related services to institutional and individual clients, company-sponsored mutual funds and other investment vehicles. The role is based in London.



The position is responsible for the provision of appropriate copy for all marketing-owned documents covering economic, market and product-related news, articles and fund performance reporting. The intended audience may include retail clients, institutional clients, consultants, financial intermediaries, distributors, press and internal clients.



Key duties will be to monitor performance of products and markets, and, more generally, current investment themes and ideas. You will work closely with EMEA marketing colleagues in order to set and achieve realistic production deadlines.



Solid experience in a similar role is expected, and you should demonstrate sound understanding of financial markets, in particular equity markets, and more generally the asset management industry. You will also have experience of monitoring and interpreting investment themes and trends.
