Reward Manager - Canary Wharf, London Up to £400.00 per day

An excellent opportunity for a Reward Manager has arisen at one of UK's leading Retail Banks based in Canary Wharf

Our client is a Financial Services organisation which moves, lends, invests and protects money for customers and clients around the world - from large businesses to personal account holders.

The Reward Manager will be responsible for the development, design, implementation, management and review of incentive plans, support HR in respect of incentive plan changes, carrying out a regular review and recommendations of incentive plans, ensuring that any interim incentive plan calculations are in place and comply with Group standards, maintain up to date knowledge of competitor reward approaches and market systems, coaching, developing and motivating direct reports, liaise with Incentive Support & Operations in the design of new incentive plans and play a key role in the design and development of incentive compensation administration systems.

You will be a proven self starter who is able to assess individual business needs, strategy, environment and people in order to propose/create incentive design solutions and have similar experience gained within a banking or professional services environment and available for an immediate start.
