Our Client is a leading Global Real Estate firm with an excellent reputation in delivering integrated Property and solutions to blue chip clients. This is a new role focused on energy management and technical services within a wider facilities management team.

The role will broadly cover; developing procedures and systems for energy management, carrying out energy audits, support operational FM teams with respect to energy and technical services support.

Candidates will ideally have an M&E background with experience of managing energy efficiency and management within a mixed use portfolio.
