An international organisation with a diverse client portfolio and a turnover of over £1bn are looking for HR manager to provide support the HR Director for a broad range of generalist vacancies. Based near Gillingham this role will suit a career minded professional with broad experience.

The role
-Generalist support of senior management and directors across the business
-Manage recruitment and selection across this area
-Maintain effective policies and procedures across the organisation
-Assisting with key strategy and delivery of staff training and development
-Manage TUPE related matter as necessary

The Candidate
-Previous HR Generalist and Management experience are a must as well as a solid and up to date knowledge of employment law
-Ideally you will be CIPD qualified
-The role will also involve some travel across sites so a driving license is essential
