Position: Claims Handler

Our client a National Broker are currently seeking an experienced Claims Handler for their team in Edinburgh.


Key responsibilities for the role of Claims Handler:

Manage the claims process from inception to completion.

Negotiate with Insurers/Suppliers to achieve the best settlement for the client

Review policy wordings to improve claims settlement

Report large and/or contentious claims immediately to the Technical Claims Manager

Assist with the audit of clients' claims statistics, the provision of summary reports and analysis prior to renewal, as directed


Key Skills required for the role of Claims Handler:

You will have Claims Handling experience

You will have good all round General Insurance Experience
