Deferred Compensation Specialist

Great role for an experienced reward professional with a solid background in cash-based deferred compensation programmes.

This position is the Cash Plan owner of the efficient and effective management of the Bank's global cash programmes for senior employees, including voluntary and mandatory deferred cash plans and performance based incentive plans.

Role:

- Ensures necessary process changes to develop efficient and cost effective approaches to Reward product delivery while providing optimum delivery solutions to the business
- Day to day vendor management (including KPI monitoring and key point of escalation for Administrators, Trustees, Custodians and participants)
- Assist Compensation Manager in the plan implementation of new deferred Cash Compensation Plans
- Managing day to day relationships with Key stakeholders
- Review of internal FAQs, process controls, process flows and participant documentation
- Oversee the Perform defined control checks on Administrators and the review of controls
- Review share tax sale and share transfers requests
- Review internal custody share account reconciliation and Asset/Liability reports
- Project manage the annual election process for voluntary cash bonus deferral plans
- Project manage the vesting/distribution process for mandatory deferred Cash Plans and year end Performance Based Incentive Plans
- Review monthly performance report for a Mandatory Deferred Cash Plan
- Manage the Cash Plan Associate

Person:

- Experience in deferred equity management/Vendor Management
- Advanced Microsoft packages (Excel is critical)
- Experience in an HR reward environment
- Experience working in a global/matrixed environment
- Good knowledge of vendors, the local market and competitor organizations
- Good understanding of the reward product range
- Knowledge and experience of voluntary deferral schemes
