This international bank with strong European roots is seeking the services of an experienced Front Office Support Analyst with a strong market awareness and a good working knowledge of equity derivative products.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the support of the Retail Volatility and Flow Volatility trading desks and sales teams, dealing with the Structured Products and OTC Businesses.

Main Responsibilities / Deliverables:

* The set-up and maintenance of new instruments including Issues in the front office.
* Responsibility for end to end publishing data to external vendors.
* Management and processing in Ronnie of position and trade-related events relating to derivatives, including monitoring of barriers embedded in products, options expiries, equity and interest rate swap fixings, specific events embedded in exotic derivatives.
* Corporate actions processing, including adjusting strikes, contract factors and underlyings on all derivatives affected. This involves setting up new instruments and trading out of the old instruments into the new before the start of trading.
* Ad hoc queries from the trading desk on P&L and risk;
* Analysis of new products as they arise, giving particular attention to risky/problem areas, involving liaison with sales and trading teams as well as Product Control and Quant teams.
* Cover for others in the team when they are away and support across other Trade Support teams.
* Reconciliation of third party brokerage, issuance fees, stock borrow costs and client distribution/holding fees.

You will need to have a strong Working Knowledge of equity derivatives gained from working within a trade support function. You will also need to have a strong understanding of Front to back trade flows.
