• Senior Financial Reporting Accountant - London

They are now seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to prepare and analysis daily balance sheets and treasury trading results for the London & Europe group. Our client is a leading asset management and securities services company, uniquely focused to help clients manage and move their financial assets and succeed in the rapidly changing global marketplace.

The key responsibilities for the Senior Financial Reporting Accountant include:
-Preparation of daily Interest Income and Trading P/L
-Net interest revenue margin analysis in support of monthly financial reviews and commentary
-Preparation of monthly interest allocation analysis for corporate transfer pricing purposes
-Assist with the monthly legal entity financial analysis, especially in respect of the interest earning
assets and liabilities and associated yields
-Liaise with Treasury Front and Back-Office concerning Treasury related activity
-Preparation and distribution of daily Balance Sheet information
-Balance Sheet currency exposure management and review reconciliations
-Preparation of month-end financial accounting journals
-Assist with the reconciliation of inter-company related Balance Sheet and Income statement
activity, investigating variances and booking correcting entries where required

The successful candidate should be a qualified accountant with strong treasury product accounting and analysis experience.
