An established investment bank is looking for a Business Manager to work for the Finance - Infrastructure and Cost Analytics department. This is a new department formed following the merger of the compensation controlling functions.

Key duties of this role are:
- Manage provision of Finance Controlling support to Stakeholders globally ensuring expenses are accrued and recorded correctly in accordance with GTO Infrastructure Accrual guidelines and Corporate Accounting Policies
- Primary point of contact for CIO, COO and Business Management on all financial matters pertaining to SOM
- Management of monthly deliverables with respect to reporting, forecasting, detailed financial analysis, monthly flash reports ensuring financial results are properly analysed and effectively communicated to the business/senior management to provide financial clarity and enable decision making

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA or equivalent) with very strong communications skills as role requires interface with both senior management (MD level) and clients across all regions. They need to have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
