RFP Specialist - City

A prominent asset management firm requires a RFP Specialist. The role is based in London

Working closely with the head of marketing and client services, you will be providing marketing support and client services across a range of investment products, with an emphasis on Japanese equities.

Responsibilities include;
- preparation and oversight of client and prospect documents including RFPs and RFIs, regular and ad hoc reports from first draft through to completion, working closely with business development and marketing support teams in London, Tokyo, New York and Singapore.
- maintaining and developing generic and product related marketing materials, including pitchbooks, presentations and fund fact sheets.
- providing general support to business development teams in London, New York and Singapore by communicating and articulating the firm's investment capabilities.
- cultivating strong working relationship with RFP specialists, product managers, portfolio managers and other divisions firm-wide to facilitate high quality responses required to complete sales and client documentation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of completing RFP responses utilising the RFP machine knowledge database, an excellent understanding of investment products, good organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

The individual must be a confident, independent self-starter and team player, able to work on multiple assignments and complete high quality work against strict and competing deadlines. A positive, flexible attitude and a high level of professionalism are essential, as is a sense of humour.
