Premier Financial Services Group competing to be the leading global provider of financial solutions for demanding clients seeks an an ambitious Account Manager.
An Investment Bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service.

You will be primarily responsible for a portfolio of transactions, acting as the senior relationship manager with your respective clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Monitoring and approving of underlying collateral loan and bond data on internal systems
* Monitoring and approving the reconciled ledgers reflecting the incoming interest and principal cash receipts on underlying collateral.
* Liaising with clients, banks and other internal departments to ensure transactions and queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
* Responsible for preparation of Investor reports and agreeing interest payment dates for investors.
* Monitoring and completing eligibility and compliance tests.
*Reviewing draft transaction documentation from a mechanical/practical (non-legal) perspective in conjunction with our specialist transaction management group.
* Creation and implementation of procedures for new CDO.
* Population of in house systems and documentation of transaction set up processes.
* Training and supporting the account administrators on an ongoing basis.

The ideal person must have experience from working in a similar to that outlined above. You must have experience of cash management, loan administration or asset management operational experience.
A knowledge of capital markets products would also be advantageous.
