A head of propositions & marketing is required for one of the world's leading wealth managers with specific responsibility for their Stockbroking business. The role is based in the London Docklands with a truly global reach.

Although this position is responsible for head of propositions as well as marketing, we are really looking for someone who has a mix of marketing and product development experience in their background. Previous experience in a strategic role within the UK stockbroking space is essential with an interest in the ebrokerage space strongly preferred. This position is at director level and reports to the CEO of the company's stockbroking business unit.

This role is a challenging position and responsible for driving the revenue and numbers across the UK-based on-shore clients.

We are seeking an individual who is first and foremost a strong people manager but also someone who is able to open doors to them, act as a role model and be a voice and face of propositions to the business and also the media.

This is a highly visible role and is key to rolling out the stockbroking offering globally, as such their is a real opportunity to be instrumental in the continued success of our client, as they continue to grow their share of the HNW/Mass Affluent client segments. Due to the high profile of the role the successful individual will have experience in driving strategy and require the ability to influence key stakeholders at board level.
