This renowned international investment firm is seeking a Regulatory Auditor to report to the Head of Internal Audit and be principally responsible for the management of the JSOX testing, including integration into Internal Audit work. The role will also offer opportunities to conduct Internal Audit reviews. Our client is an investment bank and is committed to protecting the privacy of your business and its employees, whilst providing you with the opportunity to receive services. Their principal activities relate to the underwriting and managing of new issues, through to the trading and sales of secondary securities.

The key functions and tasks for the Regulatory Auditor include:
-Develop good understanding of the firms, risks, processes, procedures, key financial systems,
controls and objectives.
-Perform comprehensive JSOX audits.
-Test key controls, document findings and collaborate with process/ control owners to ensure
remediation actions are established.
-Educate clients on the firms JSOX testing methodology.
-Become knowledgeable on the IA's automated tools.
-Develop a road map to integrate parts of JSOX testing into regular IA reviews.
-Review and execute any new/changing JSOX requirements.

Our client is seeking a candidate with experience in auditing and knowledge of investment products preferred. You should also have a background in accounting/ auditing with a combination of internal controls and risk management experience.
