A high-calibre, extensively experienced professional is required for a project finance role for power within a world-leading international commodities services provider. The role is based in London.


The principal activities of the firm are to provide services connected with the development and operation of independent power producer projects.


The project finance manager will work closely with the head of project finance and other finance professionals to put in place finance packages from the major banks to fund large, medium and small scale power projects across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.


At a later stage, there may be scope in the future to participate in a commercial role in the development of independent power producer projects.


For this role, you will ideally have good experience/background in either: project finance, M&A, equity sales or equity funding roles, with a track record in managing transactions and negotiating key commercial and/or financial documents.
