Position: Credit Analyst

We are currently working in partnership with this international banking organisation who are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join their team in Glasgow. Working as part of the Risk Management team, you would be responsible for the management and assessment of new business emanating from various sources to ensure that the company's lending criteria is adhered to.

Detailed duties would include; the assessment of new business from all sources to ensure that decision timetables are met; new business assessment and reporting; provide support to ensure all information is obtained to enable the assessment of new business proposals and to assist the management in with all problem accounts and to ensure smooth approvals processes.

To be considered for the role of Credit Analyst, individuals are required to have previous similar business experience gained in a finance company/ banking environment over a number of years with a relevant qualification such as MBA or CIMA. Knowledge of standard asset based lending documentation would be beneficial.
