This pre-eminent financial advisor to companies, governments and investors from around the world is seeking a standards driven Portfolio Trade Support analyst with a projects experience a must.

The London Portfolio desk support team is an integral part of the Global Portfolio business providing support to Portfolio Sales Traders locally and globally.

At present a large global project is underway to replace existing Portfolio Trade Support systems with a new more efficient, more scalable product in order to improve the business model and enable support teams to handle an increased capacity of business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Become a subject matter expert in the existing Portfolio trading flows and systems.
*Contribute to steering and governance meetings as representative for emea region.
*Contribute to testing of the new system through completion of test packs in order to confirm system capabilities match requirements
*Co-ordinate with teams in US and Asia to ensure complete validation of global trading flows.
*Co-ordinate reporting of testing issues and change requests on behalf of the emea region.
*Provide official sign off for testing phases.
*Assist with global system rollout in Q3/Q4 ensuring go-live proceeds to plan

To succeed in this role you will need to have strong equities product knowledge as well as a strong understanding of global equity trade flows. You will also need experience in working with technology projects. You should have a strong ability to understand and assimilate technical products and systems information in a methodical and accelerated manner.
