Client Servicing Administrator - London

A premier investment bank requires a client servicing administrator.

This is a varied role within the london investment operations department. On a day to day basis the candidate will report directly to the head of the client servicing team. The candidate will be expected to perform a number of functions relating to client onboarding and transitions within the client servicing team, in support of the portfolio management Group and other core operational groups.

The prime functions of this role include but are not limited to;

- to ensure all new clients for the EMEA region are successfully integrated on to the investment operations platform.
- management of the transition process for all EMEA clients undergoing a custodian transition.
- processing all client account terminations and ensuring that all the relevant operational groups are notified, and that the termination has been processed and updated on internal systems on a timely and accurate basis.

Significant industry experience gained in a similar role is required in order to succeed at this role. You must have excellent numerical skills, and this will be demonstrated by excellent academic credentials in a mathematical, economical, or financial discipline.

The candidate will need the ability to multi-task and have strong analytical skills. Also excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are required
