A confident Business Partner with experience of the full generalist cycle is required to look after a demanding client group at this premier investment bank.
Similar experience within the sector is a strong preference.
Role:
- Translate business demand into HR solutions
- Ensure an aligned/integrated people strategy that reflects business need
- Guide business managers through change management initiatives including organization design/evolution/development, restructuring, etc.
- Partners with senior business managers to embed and evolve the people element
- Translate business needs into a staffing strategy
- Support the year-end compensation round
- Monitor employee relations issues
- Coach managers on how to lead global and/or regional teams
- Identify employee skills gaps and recommend training requirements
- Interpret and act on reporting information around issues like diversity, turnover, etc.
Identifies compensation trends within the business
Person:
- Strong investment banking sector generalist experience
- Ability to manage and influence relationships with senior stakeholders
- Sound business acumen and ability to work at both operational and strategic levels
