A prestigious investment bank is looking for an exceptional business manager to fill a role that has been transferred from the FO back into Finance. This is very much an analysis and trends based role.

A revised Investment Banking Operations Global Business Areas Controlling team has recently been announced and the post holder will form part of the global facing team based in the UK within the Infrastructure, Cost and Analytics group.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that accurate forecast data and associated analysis is produced for all Ops areas supported.
- Working with the business and DKS to ensure that historical financial information is analysed appropriately in order to provide clear variance and trend analysis to assist in the financial management of the organization.
- Participating in initiatives to enhance the CFO function. Proactively drive efficiencies by identifying and improving inefficient processes and make redundant non value-add tasks.

If you are a qualified accountant with strong financial analysis skills and first-rate IT skills, previous management accounting experience and proven ability to build relationships and influence those groups then we look forward to hearing from you.
