An excellent opportunity for a Fund Accountant has arisen within this highly respected Top Tier Investment Management firm.

The Accounting and reporting team provide accounting and reporting information for a number of clients within the Group. The team comprises of three accounting areas, OEIC's, Property and Insurance, and a technical area. The insurance accounting main responsibilities are the reporting of reports and accounting to Insurance clients.

The key responsibilities for the Fund Accountant include:
-Provide accurate accounting information and to meet challenging deadlines
-Provide proper support for clients for accounting and tax information
-Posting and reconciling information into the core general ledger
-Assist in problem investigation and resolution
-Assist with the operational review and improvement process

Our client is seeking a part-qualified accountant who has worked within a fund accounting role. Experience of Hiportfolio accounting system would be preferred but not essential. You should also have knowledge of fund accounting & investment products.
