Leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise is seeking the services of an experienced and dynamic Middle Office Support Analyst with experience in Convertible Bonds.

Your Principal Responsibilities will be to provide full middle office support to the London convertible bond trading and sales desks as well as be responsible with the other members of the team in closing out or escalating any issues that the CB desk raise.

-Liaising with Middle Office (globally) to address trade breaks and queries
-Liaising with Clearing, Control, Traders to resolve risk issues.
-Imagine entries for bonds and options
-Ensuring accuracy of Imagine to Castanet entries and quality of static data for marking - checking the global book
-Follow escalation procedures regarding unresolved trade and position breaks.
-Investigation of ad-hoc queries.
- Applying for new accounts as requested by traders/sales, arranging for them to be set-up and ensuring that required maintenance applied.

You will be looking to enhance relationships with the traders, Business managers and Operational Staff while trying to improve the process flow and ultimately client service both internally and externally.

Must have excellent knowledge of the Convertible bonds market. You must be flexible and adaptable.
