A trade support specialist is required for one of the world's leading investment banks. The role is based in London.


The incumbent will join the equity derivatives department and take responsibility for supporting the risk arbitrage, stocks long only and convertible bonds activities.


Responsibilities will focus on managing trade processing. You will organise, run and improve processes for stocks, options and equity swaps. You will ensure that input and validation of trades into the in-house booking systems are accurate. You will also be responsible for amending middle office systems (input, delete or cancel trades, corporate events, prices or quantity modifications) according to the defined procedure.


You will ideally have attained a finance or banking related qualification, which has allowed you to develop a sound understanding of equity derivative products. A genuine desire to work in trade support and develop exotic option product knowledge is essential. Some banking operations/ middle office experience is preferred.
