Position - Senior Tax Administrator

A Senior Tax administrator is required for one of the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading.

Role

Agree objectives for team members annually and keep up to date during the year.
Provide informal feedback to team members.
Assess competency of team members on a regular basis and update competency documentation.
Perform quality and internal controls in respect of all team deliverables.
Monitor errors and potential breaches; escalate enquiries where further information is required.
Identify and implement process and product improvements.
Maintain up to date procedures and client deliverable details.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, third parties and colleagues, communicating effectively through formalised reporting and ad hoc liaison.
Ensure the line manager, are kept aware of all issues/problems/queries/work in progress that may impact upon the quality of service being given.

Requirements
Life taxation/fund administration/fund accounting experience essential,
preferably at a large financial institution.
Business degree from University or equivalent/ relevant market experience.
