Position - Assistant Tax Manager

An Assistant Tax Manager is required required for one of the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors including investment servicing, investment management and investment research and trading.

Role of Assistant Tax Manager
Take responsibility for the quality of service to assigned clients.
Review corporate documentation on processes, procedures and controls and evaluate the continuing effectiveness of these and related systems, initiating any changes when necessary.
Monitor errors and potential breaches; complete relevant documentation
Ensure training needs are identified and relevant training is carried out.
Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products.
Assist with planning and management of all relevant project work.
Lead and motivate staff and provide regular and frequent team briefings.
Co-ordinate and implement training and development activities for individuals and the team, taking specific responsibility for the development of Senior Administrators.

Requirements
Experience of working in Life Fund Taxation / Fund Administration / Fund Accounting environment preferably within a Financial institution.
Business degree from University or equivalent/ relevant market experience.
