Position: Fund Accountant - Team Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits + Bonus

A Fund Accountant - Team Manager is required to manage the Unit Lined Fund Accounting team within a leading Investment Bank in Edinburgh. With a reputation for globaility, diversity and continued success this has led to significant growth within the company.

Reporting to the Fund Accounting Section Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team within Fund Accounting who are responsible for producing prices for clients within strict timescales and to maintain records for these funds.

Main responsibilities will include: -

-Manage work processes and procedures.
- Producing prices and valuations.
- Daily calculation of tax as well as year end tax information.
-Produce bank reconciliations.
-Compile dividend income.
-Establish and build working relationships with clients.
-Contribute to staff selection within the team.

Experience

Valuations experience within fund accounting
Proven management experience.
Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/CA
Previous experience of planning, organising and leadership skills essential
