• Credit Analyst

A credit analyst is required for a leading international investment bank that provides international institutions and investors with access to a wide range of growth opportunities across EMEA. The role is based in London.

The firm is building a trading and structured finance business in London. Flat management structure encourages individuals who can clearly impact the business in a progressive and growing environment.

The summary of your role, as successful credit analyst, you will analyse the credit risk of structured finance and trade transactions, including the financial statements of potential and existing customers and prepare credit approval requests for the credit committee.

Daily duties and main responsibilities include:
- Performing Credit Analysis
- Collecting and organising financial data
- Analysing and interpreting financial data
- Performing Desk Due Diligence

A good understanding of accounting and financial statements is required, and you will demonstrate strong knowledge of the credit policies and Basel II requirements ensuring portfolio compliance. Prior experience as a credit analyst with a financial institution would be a plus.
