Looking for a new challenge? If so, this excellent opportunity for an CIO Equity Derivatives has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank. The Chief Investment Office (CIO) is a global proprietary trading business and cross asset-class manager for the Company as a whole. CIO currently manages all of the Company's global structural interest rate and forex risk as well as taking proprietary positions in fixed income, forex, interest rate derivatives, credit derivatives and equity derivatives.

This role will be in the MO in CIO supporting the global credit and equity derivative proprietary business in London. It will be responsible for accurate and timely P&L for the equity desk and understanding the P&L and Risk, while operating in a controlled manner.

The key responsibilities for the CIO Equity Derivatives include:
-Overseeing and producing Equity P&L
-Analysis of Risk and P&L
-Explaining estimate vs. actual breaks to desk
-Understanding the desks strategies
-Understanding new business
-Ad hoc analysis for the desk such as carry
-Development of systems and process
-Reviewing FOBO recs
-Resolution of FOBO breaks
-Facilitate the desks requests for broader product set

The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, CPA or ACCA) along with a detailed understanding of equity derivative trading through supporting a equity trading desk.
