A Global Fund Manager based in the City are looking for a Transfer Agency Associate. This organisation is one of the world's largest fund managers with offices in 11 countries and a 3,600 strong workforce..

This role sits within the European Provider Management Team. This team is responsible for managing the range of services provided by the companies strategic service providers - services include custody, fund accounting, and transfer agency; overseeing the procedures in place between the company and its providers

The Transfer Agency Associate role provides the primary day-to-day operational oversight for dealing, registration and servicing provided by the Dublin based funds administrators and support for their relationship with business units.

As the Transfer Agency Associate you will be responsible for;
-Responsibility for the investigation and resolution of day to day operational queries, issues and incidents.
-Management of issues and incidents, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring appropriate remedial steps are clearly defined and assigned to mitigate risks:
-Proactively analyse trends in errors and issues to identify opportunities for process improvement at either the Transfer Agent or the company.
-Recommend and implement corrective action plans to prevent future reoccurrence.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in funds administration and/or transfer agency experience in a management position Also exposure to and experience of supporting offshore funds domiciled in Dublin and Cayman would be beneficial
