A client operations professional is required for a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high net-worth individuals worldwide.


Client Operations is a key part of Securities Operations. The business encompasses execution client services across fixed income and equities, custody services and client control.


The key responsibility within the group is to work with in partnership with the bank's clients to ensure that trades are processed and settled in a timely manner in order to safeguard the firm's capital and reputation, by adhering to controls and procedures within the post execution area.


It is also the responsibility of the team to proactively manage risk by challenging and improving the existing business processes on a day to day basis or when working as part of a larger project team.


We are looking for outstanding candidates who display a high degree of professionalism and integrity through their work. Given the diverse and global nature of the clients, business, and team, the ideal candidate will be a fluent Italian speaker and will have previous client relationship management experience.


In addition, securities products, an operations background or a client service related environment is preferable but not essential. French and Spanish speakers are also desirable.
