A senior change manager is required for a leading provider of financial services. The role is based in London.


The purpose of the role is to plan, organise, control and deliver multiple business level projects within the programme portfolio through project teams, or manage large projects on their own. As a successful change manager, you will likely be working direct for project sponsor or for programme manager with limited supervision.


You may be required to provide input to business strategy and prioritisation of programme portfolio. Manage research to determine and quantify options solutions to meet strategic fit.


Significant change management experience and recognised as a project management practitioner is required for this role. You will demonstrate comprehensive functional knowledge of business operations and processes and related technology. You will also have a good track record in project lifecycle planning and delivery of projects of >6 months duration.
