• Financial Accountant - London

• West End £40,000 - £50,000 p/a Permanent

This excellent opportunity for a Financial Accountant has arisen within a highly respected Top Tier asset management firm. You will provide support to the Rest of World Group Controller located in London and local RoW Financial Controllers. The role will encompass a number of diverse tasks and projects.

Our client provides investment management and advisory services to institutional clients, financial intermediaries and private clients around the world. Our goal is to produce superior risk- adjusted investment returns and provide customised investment solutions for our clients.

The key responsibilities for the Financial Accountant include:
-Assist in the review of quarterly and annual US GAAP financial statements
-Responsible for analysis of monthly financial results and preparation of Group Management report
-Assist in the monthly control review process
-Responsible for the preparation of intercompany schedules and reconciliations
-Responsible for reconciling local GAAP financial statements to US GAAP financial statements
-Assist in the preparation of Budgets and Financial Forecasts
-Responsible for producing weekly cash reporting and monthly cash forecasts
-Assist in the preparation of regulatory, SOX, reports

Our client is seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) along with good knowledge general ledger system preferred.
