HR Generalist - Canary Wharf, London £430.00 per day

An excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist has arisen at one of UK's leading Retail Banks based in Canary Wharf

Our client is a financial services organisation which moves, lends, invests and protects money for customers and clients around the world - from large businesses to personal account holders.

The HR Generalist will lead a project and build a robust plan to create an international Resourcing framework, identify the HR networks in each country and pull together an overall project plan, carry out diagnostics for each country to identify current processes, identify the governance procedure: recruitment training, vacancy authorisation./sign off procedure, interview notes and PSL contracts in place, develop and maintain excellent relationships within Resourcing and the local country HR teams.The HR Generalist will be part of the talent team in the implementation of a talent management system, compiling and inputting metrics and talent data to a high level of accuracy, checking this against other HR systems used i.e. SAP, work with the business partners to upload the data into the relevant fields and manage the completeness of this activity for each business, set up and test the management reports required to support the tracking and measurement of critical talent data.

You will have previous solid HR experience with emphasis on Resourcing and Reward gained within a banking or professional services environment and available for an immediate start.
