Our Client is a leading Property Management organisation with a strong presence in the city. They are looking for a Property Manager to oversee the building facilities of x2 Newly built and prestigious multi-tenanted commercial properties, housing high profile corporate tenants in central London.

Acting on behalf of the Landlord, the Property Manager will have full responsibility for hard and soft services on-site within the landlord areas, an in-house building management team, along with budgetary control (including service charges and P&L) for all in-house and outsourced services. The Property Manager will have strong team leadership skills and will have the ability to communicate at all levels. The Property Manager will already have experience within a similar building/facilities management role and will have a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation's. The Property Manager will need 6* customer service experience, a mind set of high end delivery with the ability to deliver this consistently throughout the team.
