Customer Service Administrator - Docklands - £18k to £22k
An experienced Customer Service Administrator is required to work within a leading social housing repairs and maintenance provider.
Our client is seeking someone to be the first point of contact for customers that will log and progress their repairs.
Main tasks and duties will include:
To take customer repair orders
To make appropriate and relevant appointments for clients
To conduct outbound communications with customers to arrange post repair inspections and carry out customer satisfaction surveys
To carry out any repairs processing activities
To contribute to team meetings with ideas, suggestions or recommendations
General ad hoc duties when required
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to take on different workload and various challenges.
You must have a good working knowledge of all MS packages and have excellent attention to detail.
