A Section Manager is required for Valuations within a leading Investment Bank in Edinburgh. With a reputation for globaility, diversity and continued success this has led to significant growth within the company.

Reporting to the Valuations Department Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the daily valuations in a Quality Assurance capacity which will involve ensuring implementation of controls and procedures to ensure the business meets compliance and regulation standards.

Main responsibilities will include: -
-Maintaining and improving quality controls.
- Testing systems changes and procedures.
- Maintain compliance requirements are being adhered to.
-Reporting on risk issues.
-Implementing methods of improvement.
-Implementing changes to operational practises.


The successful candidate will have extensive valuations experience. Experience within risk and the ability to analyse budgets essential. Must be Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant with the ability to set standards of performance. Previous experience of producing clear audit trials and the ability to build and lead a team required.
