A Section Manager is required by a leading Investment Bank in Edinburgh for Mutual Funds. With a reputation for globaility, diversity and continued success this has led to significant growth within the company.

You will be responsible for managing a number of Funds teams in a rapidly changing environment to produce accurate daily pricing to clients within strict timescales.

Main responsibilities will include: -
-Produce monthly / year-end information within tight deadlines.
- Manage work processes and procedures.
- Checking cash movements to guarantee precise valuations are produced for clients.
-Validating daily price movements.
-Bank reconciliations.
-Support the growth and development of the team.
- Tax calculations.



The successful candidate will have relevant Fund Accounting experience with experience of working within a valuations area. A proven track record of managing others effectively is essential. Strong numerical and communication skills are required for this role and excellent planning and organisational skills are also required.
