HR Business Partner - Canary Wharf, London Up to £700 per day
3 Months Interim role

An excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner has arisen at one of UK's leading Retail Bank based in Canary Wharf

Our client is a financial services organisation which moves, lends, invests and protects money for customers and clients around the world - from large businesses to personal account holders.

The HR Business Partner will ensure reward & compensation is appropriately managed and differentiated, identify, develop and implement creative, leading edge HR solutions that are aligned to business priorities, partner with business leaders in maintaining and monitoring the Group Standard, identifying potential breaches in standards and initiating action to address these, take accountability for compliance within Business Areas for relevant HR processes / policies and FSA regulatory requirements in partnership with Business Leaders, ensure data and processes are accurately recorded, and enabling relevant and up to date MI to be available at all times.

You will preferably have strong generalist HRBP experience across all HR disciplines at both a strategic and operational level gained at a corporate or financial services organisation.
