• Portfolio Administrator - West End

• West End £35,000 p/a Permanent

A methodical and meticulous portfolio administrator is required by a leading provider of wealth management services.


The role involves the following products:

- Hedge Multi-Manager Portfolios

- Long only Multi Manager

‑ Bespoke Portfolios


As a successful portfolio administrator, your primary responsibilities will focus on the production of international and external reporting documents. You will liaison with managers and their services providers in data gathering, and assist in operational due diligence. You will also perform compliance monitoring of portfolios against compliance checklists.


The ideal candidate will have good experience within fund administration, valuations, static data, investment banking and/or pricing within the financial industry. Key traits to possess are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as self-motivation and dedication.
