Learning and Development Manager- Amsterdam
Fund Management and Financial Services business
65-70k p.a + Relocation Package + superb benefits package

An Amsterdam based global Financial Services business is looking to develop their L&D function by recruiting a newly created role for a Learning and Development Manager. Joining the existing team, reporting to the Senior L&D Manager, this role will concentrate specifically support the Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) team developing and delivering in-house focused training programs.

The role
The position will lead the delivery of talent development and strategy across the PERE business. The role will involve the following:
-Design delivery and evaluation of training and monitoring of talent
-Assist in the design of innovative training materials
-Modification and adaptation of existing training methods and strategies
-Evaluate training effectiveness with the senior training manager and key department managers

The person
As the successful candidate you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have extensive knowledge of both Learning and Development and Talent Management in a financial services environment. The role will be based in Amsterdam but will also include extensive travel through out Europe, fluency in English is essential and other European Languages would be an advantage.
