A leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals is seeking a Client On Boarding person.

Client On-boarding is a key part of Securities Operations. Client On-boarding facilitates the establishment of the client relationship with the firm, including, but not limited to due diligence, supporting documentation and account opening. The team supports institutional clients across all asset classes, focusing on the various components that define a client's profile and relationship with the firm. The Client On-boarding concept delivers end to end co-ordination to ensure the timely and accurate execution of the client on-boarding process and the effective management of issues or exceptions.


RESPONSIBILIITES:

* Developing and strengthening partnerships with the business and other departments
* Playing a key role across the team, providing guidance and support
* Managing requests for new and updated sales coverage and corporate accounts
* Liaising with sales in order to accurately reflect new accounts and reorganisations
* Maintenance of operational and straight through processing related data
* Assigning permission for the various sales related systems
* Maintenance of client lists and attribution ratios for research sales and sales traders
* Creation and maintenance of client contact details

With this role you expect to gain extensive experience across a number of departments within the firm. including specific reference to various internal systems enabling a good understanding of the various interactions. Through liaison with both front and middle office the role provides an excellent platform to build key relationships and partnerships with the numerous business areas.

You must have the ability to accurately manage, input and check reference data. You will posses working knowledge of financial products and investment styles. It's imperative you have strong analytical and problem solving skills to facilitate issue resolution.
