Globally respected Investment Bank is looking for a talented Account Manager to join their Client Management group. The firm have an enviable client list which they have built up and retained through outstanding service delivery and the development of cutting edge products. As part of this small dedicated unit you will be responsible for some of the largest and most significant client relationships the firms holds in what is an increasingly competitive and demanding market. In this well rounded role the successful applicant will acts as primary point of contact for client issues, complete account opening process, analyse trends through use of the SLA and manage overall service delivery and participate in client specific change processes. For this exciting opportunity my client is seeking applications from credible industry professionals who offer a solid understanding of either Global Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency or Cash Management. Proven client management experience is essential and knowledge of the UK Funds industry highly desirable.
