This national Market Leader in the Legal industry has an opportunity for a Legal Secretary who is experienced in Litigation, to join their Insolvency team based in Edinburgh City Centre.

The purpose of the Legal Secretary position is to support 1 Partner, 1 Solicitor and 1 Trainee within the Insolvency area of the Litigation department. This will be a very busy and varied role which will encompass all standard Legal Secretarial duties including:

* Large document work (track changes/mail merges etc)
* forms: fee notes, cash entries, expenses)
* audio/copy typing (min 60 wpm)
* diary management,
* organising meetings and presentations
* file management etc

For this position, we are looking for experienced and polished Legal Secretaries who have excellent organisational and communications skills, excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Typing speed of 60wpm, and an enthusiastic, proactive manner.

As this role is a Legal Secretary in the Litigation Insolvency team, extensive experience in this area will be essential, and in particular working with Court of Session and Sheriff Court documents.
