Team Secretary Docklands £15-£20 per hour
Are you a Team Secretary seeking a challenge in the exciting world of banking ?
With a strong brand presence in Europe and America and growing rapidly, this leading Bank is looking for a highly experienced Team Secretary to join a busy and growing team.
The successful candidate will join the highly successful Employment Law and Litigation Team which has increased in size over the last few months and so requires additional support.
This opportunity will give an experienced Team Assistant the opportunity to utilise their current skills and experience but also to realize their true potential by contributing to the restructure of the team. Duties will include responding to high levels of calls, organising international and national travel, extensive diary management, arranging client events and creating PowerPoint presentations.
The successful Team Secretary will need to have strong organisational skills but also a proactive and hands on approach to their work where they can demonstrate their initiative.
