With over 70,000 employees in 70 countries this leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Valuations Specialist.
An Investment Bank with culture centered on transparency, respect and providing a first class client service. You will be a pivotal and instrumental member of the Equity/Funds team covering a wide range of trade types. The valuations group aim to provide timely, accurate and independent client valuations for exotic structures across all asset classes (FX, Credit, OTC Derivatives, Equity, Inflation, Commodities, etc.). It forms part of the Global Valuation Group within TMG.

Your primary responsibility is to participate in the trade valuations, which, involves building new models, liaising with the front office to confirm prices, understanding the trade, and running the production. You will need to have a good technical background to understand and run models in order to answer client queries or justify prices moves.
You will ideally have either a solid mathematical background or a strong Equity Product Control experience. Previous experience in Valuation environment is beneficial but not mandatory. It would also be advantageous if you have a good working knowledge of Access and VBA.
