Novation Protocol Team - Sales Support

An exceptional Sales Support Analyst is required by a prestigious City based Investment Bank.

As part of this small team, you will be a pivotal member responsible for providing support to clients and sales across a broad range of products.

Specific duties will include:

-Verification of CDS Step In trades and allocation in accordance with information from Client
-Liaison with Sales re booking issues, allocations, late novations
-Liaison with the Middle Office to amend bookings as required
-Provision of daily MIS to TMG Management
-Resolution of queries raised by Documentation and Settlements with respect to CDS Step In Assignments
-Initiating requests for new clients
-Liaison with external clients to resolve queries and enable timely and accurate booking of trades

Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience gained working in a Middle Office environment. Knowledge of derivatives (Credit and Rates), Fixed Income Cash products and ISDA Master Agreements are also a prerequisite. Previous experience of liaising with the front office and experience of reviewing trade capture systems to review trade bookings are also needed to be successful in this role.
