A Client Executive is required for a large global asset management company that manages assets on behalf of institutional and retail investors, financial institutions and high net worth clients from around the world, investing in a broad range of asset classes across equities, fixed income and alternatives.


The role is based in the City of London.


The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the client directors in servicing segregated clients. You will provide a single point of contact for specific clients (this includes acting as a point of contact for internal departments).


Key responsibilities will focus on enquiries from clients and consultants. You will offer general assistance to client directors, and respond to enquiries from clients and consultants and assist directors with all other enquiries and requests. You will promote client and consultant relations through excellent service and build sound working relationships with clients' administrators.


A good track record in similar roles is required, and experience within the operations section of financial services organisations would be an advantage. An IMC / IAQ or equivalent would be preferable.
