• Contracts Administrator - Transfer Agency - Docklands

A Contracts Administrator is required for the Docklands-based transfer Agency of one of the world's leading financial institutions, specialising in providing asset servicing and solutions to both institutional and personal clients, globally.


You will work as part of a small team, providing bespoke customer service for a major fund provider. This team forms part of the larger transfer agency department.


Reporting to the process manager in the UK transfer agency department, you will perform key administrative tasks to a high level of accuracy and within regulatory requirements. Following instructions from various areas you will process purchases, sales and redemptions of mutual benchmark and commingled fund trades. You will also input various fund transactions to client accounts as required.


Knowledge of Unit Trust/OEIC, Products ISA/PEPs and the general administration environment is essential. Dealing experience is preferred, to include all work types with in the team and registration settlement administration experience.
