An entitlements administrator is required for the corporate actions group of the world's leading provider of asset servicing and solutions, based in the London Docklands.

This position primarily involves providing corporate action support to the portfolio management teams in London, and across the world.

Your principal responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor notifications from custodians and third party vendors.
- Monitor and process issues via the Investment Management corporate action system.
- Effectively and accurately keep portfolio managers advised of all event details at all times.
- Collate instructions for voluntary issues, for onward transmission to the custodians.

Extensive global corporate actions experience is necessary for this role. You should be able to demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to balance the demands made by a change in circumstances, with the on-going job requirements. Ideally you will have good international experience.
